Refund & Return Policy – GFY Creations

At GFY Creations, every item is made to order with care. Because of the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, returns are limited. Please review our policy below before placing an order.


Returns & Eligibility

We only accept returns if there is a manufacturer defect or error with your item.
To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • A clear photo of the defect or issue must be provided for approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged in shipping

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue quickly and work to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom made, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (engraved or made-to-order items)

  • Print-on-demand items without a manufacturer defect

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is a problem with your order due to defect, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method once the defective item is returned.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
